is situated directly opposite the historical town of Zadar and connected by regular car ferry.

including 6 with terrace, 16 rooms with balcony and 12 rooms with French balcony.

including 15 with balcony, 16 rooms with balcony and 12 rooms with French balcony, 21 rooms with French balcony.

Advantage

of our rooms is its location right by the sea with a paved beach.

There is also a nearby natural sandy beach (about 200 m) suitable for small children and non-swimmers.

Conveniently furnished rooms consisting of entrance, bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-basin, double bed, fixed bed in triple rooms, bedside tables and dressing table with mirror.

Rooms facing the sea

have a balcony or a terrace. Rooms oriented to the other side of the sea have a French balcony.

Triple rooms can be furnished with the fourth fixed bed for a child under 7.

Families with older children can choose accommodation in two rooms opposite each other, where one room has a sea facing balcony and the other has a French balcony, or two rooms next to each other oriented to the sea or towards the park.
